Question by S: What is the right projector for video conferencing in an educational institute?
We are an educational institute and need to set up a video conferencing unit for VC classes. Our budget for the projector is Rs.50,000. What is the best projector that would suit our requirement? Room size is 17 ft by 10ft and will seat around 20 people.

You can invest in your own video conferencing equipment. But a less expensive option would be to utilize the services of a video conference service provider. You can save on costs without compromising on project/sound quality. Check expose the conference call service providers in your city for more information.

Question by D_Icon: Any software suggestions for recording a Webinar?
I need a piece of software to record a webinar I’ll be viewing shortly. I have a Mac computer, any suggestions?Helpful answers only, please…

Best answer:

Answer by Big C
The reason you know nothing about it isn’t your fault… you’re an Apple User.Ask the person hosting the webinar. They can provide you with it.ADD: Helpful only? You seriously don’t realize that the ENTIRE webinar is recorded by the software used to host it and that it can be distributed? Poor non-computer user..

Did you know that if built correctly a business is basically unlimited on the amount of credit it have? I am wondering if there is enough interest on building your business credit out there to doing marketing my webinar worth while.

A true business credit card is a line of ascribed that is taken in the name of the business, under the business’ credit. Activity, whether good or bad, is reflected on your business’ credit report through D&B and other financial institutions, and the liability for any debts incurred and bills owed is with the business. However, some companion out there offer “business” credit card which they require a person guarantee for. These institutions will often ask for a personal guarantee, and will almost always ask for a social security number from the person applying for the card. If this is the case, the credit card is not a business credit card, but is simply a personal credit teased which is used for the business. The business is not liable for bills and debts – you are. When applying for a credit card for your business, watch imparting for areas asking for your SSN (and not your TaxID or EIN) and be wary of any credit card that asks for a personal guarantee. By ensuring that your credit card is in the name of your business, you tin help to build your business’ assigning, while avoiding creating problems with your own. Many companies offer a list of credit carded that are issued under the business name merely. Those lists typically run $ 300-$ 900, depending on the quality of the information enquire. I would suggest starting your search online via google or yahoo. Search for “strong business credit” (just like that in quotes) to find services that sell the information.Good luck,Ilya BodnerSmall Business OwnerInitial Underwriting Group

Video Conferencing?

Question by [Insert Name Here]: Video Conferencing?
OK, I own a business. I live in Atlanta, and my business partner is in Los Angles. We often have conference over the phone. I saw on a TV show, Runs House to be exact where the girls purchased a conferencing system to use on their TV. Where can I get something like that so my partner and I can chat, and we can see each other face to face. I don’t want to use my laptop.

Best answer:

Answer by luke.reimer
You would need to purchase a product that allows this to occur. It’s a little box that goes on your TV and requires an internet cable (ethernet). It also plugs into your TV. It has a built in camera and microphone.. They run for about 300 bucks or so – but you could find some cheaper possibly on ebay or elsewhere online. Check this web site out for an example: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/,2817,893701,00.asp

What is the best way to install video conferencing for a conference room?

Question by AlwaysLearning: What is the best way to install video conferencing for a conference room?
I have a previous Victorian house (8000 sq. ft.) multiple office conversion that I would like to add video conferencing abilities the conference rooms, there will be 2 conferencing rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first floor. The one room is roughly 20 by 35 and the other is 16 by 25. Is a projector better than a LCD Displays, Is there a system that reasonable priced and offers enough have. Thank you.

Best answer:

Answer by Mainer_in_SiliconValley
I like LCD better. You need to decide if you’re going to put blackout drapes in the room as sun coming in the window will wash out your display. If you don’t want to pay for blackout drapes – then make sure whatever you choose it will be bright plenty to see well with what light does come into the room. Second and perhaps more important is the level-headed system. Be sure to choose quality microphones that pick up look well and transmit as much frequency as possible of populate’ speech. You desiring to avoid losing the emotion/intonation as that is very important information. And get good speakers.
