Getting Your Name Out There Using a Webinar Service

Arthur Coldwell asked:

There are websites that provide a webinar service for a fee. This is a great opportunity to try out this platform to see how well it works for you and your company. A webinar is just like a seminar but you can reach far more people.

A lot of folks use this platform to give for fee seminars. Let’s say you are a specialist in a given field, and you want to share your knowledge you can contact a webinar service and arrange to give a webinar to an audience for a fee. The fields are unlimited; from auto mechanics to IT fields anyone that has specialty knowledge can share that information through a great webinar service. The process is simple and can be quite profitable.

The Process

To use a webinar service you have to find one. You can simply type in the key word webinar into any search engine and there will be a host of results displayed. You can start filtering through them by the things that are important to you.

In some cases fees can vary widely from one service provider to another, this can be directly related to how much space they are renting on the site to host the webinar to you. So you will have to know ahead of time before you even pay for the webinar service how much time and space you will need or at the very least have a good idea how much space and time you will need.

You can charge a fee to anyone that wants to view the webinar. In this case a unique password will be set up that can be given to each viewer so that they will have access to the website and view the webinar. If your webinar is going to be free of charge than only one password will be issued that anyone that cares to use can to view the webinar. The time lines will be very strict with the webinar service. If you rent the space from 8-10 than at 10 the website will be shut down, so you will have to adhere to a strict time schedule.

Benefits

The benefits of using a webinar service are clear. You do not have to have the technical know how to run a webinar if you use a pay for site. You simply log in and start your presentation. A webinar service is a great way for you to test this type of platform without having to go over the top with spending for the technology.
